Update-window expiry alone does not revoke it.

После конца окна новые релизы не становятся entitled автоматически. Eligibility будущего релиза всё равно должна была попасть внутрь индивидуального updates-until.After the window ends, newer releases are not automatically entitled. Future-release eligibility still had to land inside the individual updates-until window.
